  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside.
  2. Peel and slice the carrots to resemble french fries. Place in a large bowl then add the olive oil and ranch seasoning, tossing to combine.
  3. Arrange the carrots in an even layer on the baking sheet, then bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
