  1. Hi. I’m sorry. Don’t want to be rude but these recipes are “TEX-MEX” not MEXICAN. They are far from authentic Mexican cuisine. I’m from Mexico City. Sorry.
    I get all exited when I see “Mexican” food recipes. Then sad when I read the ingredients. 😔

    1. Hi! I totally get that – but my audience is overwhelmingly USA-based and in the USA these kinds of foods are referred to as “Mexican” because they are inspired by Mexican cuisine, and yes, they are not necessarily “authentic” or traditional Mexican food from Mexico. I think I need to have a disclaimer on top saying that some of these are not “authentic” or more “Tex-Mex”, but I thiiiink most people probably understand that about Tex-Mex already. Thanks! PS. Searching for “Authentic Mexican recipes” might be the way to go:)
