Guacamole Bites
Bursting with fresh flavors, these Guacamole Bites feature ripe tomatoes filled with creamy guacamole that are as healthy as they are tasty!

We used our easy fresh guacamole recipe and topped it on succulent roma tomato boats. Finally, we added a sprinkle of crumbled queso fresco and gobbled them up faster than you can say “guacamole tomato boats”!
This is one of my new go-to snacks for sure, especially when I’ve got a little more time on my hands. Sometimes spending just a little extra time and effort in the kitchen pays off. This is one of those times.
Ingredients to Make Guacamole Bites:
- ripe roma tomatoes
- crumbled queso fresco
- guacamole
- salt and pepper
How to Make Guacamole Bites:
- Cut the roma tomatoes length-wise in quarters [or sixths depending on the size of the tomato] and remove the seeds.
- Generously season the slices with salt and pepper.
- Top each slice with guacamole and finally, queso fresco.

Guacamole Bites

Instructions
