Fruits are the happy little creations of nature. They make our bodies happy too! They give water a delicious, subtle flavor and when you munch a few of the fruits, you get the good stuff also – Vitamins, Minerals and Fiber!
It’s bright and colorful and tastes yummy too! We made this the same night Cody and I started utilising the “7 minute workout” app that’s been on my phone for a year. It’s pretty intense and this water tasted extra great after sweating it up.

- 1 • orange [sliced]
- 6 oz • raspberries [halved]
- 1 gallon • water
- Add the fruit to the water and refrigerate.
